Sentia Technologies Limited ("Sentia", "we", "us", "our") is a technology company registered in Nigeria and operating from the United Kingdom. We provide cybersecurity consulting, cloud infrastructure services, digital transformation services, website and application development, and access to our security platform (the "Portal").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at sentiatechnologieslimited.com, creating an account on our Portal, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Our Services

3.1 Website and Application Development

We design and build websites, web applications, and mobile applications for clients. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed in writing before work begins. All project agreements are subject to these Terms.

3.2 Cybersecurity and Cloud Services

We provide cybersecurity consulting, SIEM deployment, security monitoring, and cloud infrastructure services. Specific service terms are agreed in individual service agreements.

3.3 The Sentia Portal

The Portal is a web-based platform providing security guidance, business insights, and (for approved research accounts) access to our machine learning threat detection tools. Access to the Portal is subject to account registration and, for research accounts, admin approval.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Research accounts require admin approval before access is granted. Approval is at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, Portal, or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Conduct any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Impersonate any person or organisation

6. Payments and Pricing

6.1 Service fees

Pricing for our services is as published on our website or as agreed in writing. Prices are shown in GBP for UK clients and NGN equivalent for Nigerian clients at current exchange rates.

6.2 Payment terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project or per-service basis. For ongoing monthly services, payment is due at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend services where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where work has already commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed. Please contact us to discuss any concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our content

All content on our website and Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Sentia Technologies Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Client work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (website, application, or other work product) created specifically for them. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.3 Third-party tools

Our services may incorporate third-party tools, libraries, or platforms. Use of these is subject to their respective licences and terms.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, project details, or data to third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

9. Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sentia Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Cybersecurity services reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our services for a particular purpose, or that our security recommendations will prevent all security incidents.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise agreed. We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Portal will be revoked and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
